- Assist in ensuring that correct procedure standards are being used and that all documents, drawings, and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision
- Maintain a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet the requirements of any specific project
- Be the focal point for all Project documentation, accounting for all documentation received and transmitted
Requirements

- Understanding of impact of Document Control on safety and business
- Time management skills and time keeping
- Communication skills: verbal and written in English
- MS Excel Basic functionalities
- Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in Document Control or similar environments
- University degree in Administration / Business Studies or another relevant subject

What will you be doing?
- Subsea7 is hiring a Document Controller responsible for maintaining and controlling project documentation in line with Subsea7’s Management System processes.
- This role will operate under the guidance of the Document Control Discipline Lead or a nominated mentor, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all documentation activities.
Responsibilities
- Be fully familiar and comply with the departmental requirements of the Company's critical document control systems.
- Assist in ensuring that correct procedure standards are being used and that all documents, drawings, and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision, ensuring compliance to Company procedures and contractually agreed conditions.
- Maintaining a comprehensive Document Control System as required to meet the requirements of any specific project.
- To be the focal point for all Project documentation, accounting for all documentation received and transmitted.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Theoretical knowledge of Document Control.
- Understanding of impact of Document Control on safety and business.
- Time management skills and time keeping.
- Communication skills: verbal and written in English.
- Presentation skills, speaking in front of a group / audience.
- MS Excel Basic functionalities.
- Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in Document Control or similar environments.
