Role Overview
Lead the analysis, design, coordination, and technical delivery of multi-storey building projects, including G+10 and above buildings.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, BIM, and project teams while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design of G+10 and above buildings.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Design reinforced concrete structures, foundations, slabs, columns, shear walls, and lateral systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, DMT/ADM requirements, and applicable international codes.
- Coordinate structural design with architectural, MEP, BIM, and geotechnical disciplines.
- Review technical submissions, resolve design and coordination issues, and support authority approvals.
- Review junior engineers’ deliverables and provide technical guidance.
- Interpret geotechnical reports and incorporate soil conditions into structural design.
Compensation
- The package is AED 20,000–25,000 per month.
