Role Overview
KPMG Middle East is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant for its Global Strategy Group.
The Global Strategy Group is KPMG's strategy consulting arm and works across multiple sectors.
The group supports organizations and executive teams with strategy development and implementation.
Role Responsibilities
- Work on one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements.
- Deliver high-quality deliverables, insights, and outcomes to clients.
- Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Achieve timely delivery and required revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide technical knowledge, coaching, and development to junior team members.
- Manage the development of proposals and thought pieces for business development.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
- An MBA from a top-tier business school or a postgraduate diploma in business, finance, or economics from a top-tier university.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and cognitive ability.
- Curiosity and openness to new ideas, approaches, and perspectives.
- English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- UAE or Middle East experience is advantageous.
Sector Experience
- Public sector experience is relevant.
- Transport and logistics experience is relevant.
- Energy and utilities experience is relevant.
Location
- The role is listed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
