Job Summary

  • The Senior Specialist provides operational coordination and systems support across the NTC Asset Management function.
  • Supports successful mobilisation and ongoing operation of NTC venues during interim and long term phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day to day coordination of venue operations, systems and administrative activities across the NTC precinct.
  • Assist with maintenance of operational procedures, manuals, policies and process documentation.
  • Coordinate reporting inputs, presentations, meeting materials and executive briefing documentation.
  • Support venue systems administration, data management and operational reporting processes.
  • Assist with onboarding, training coordination and systems literacy support for operators and stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational registers, compliance documentation and document control processes.
  • Support operational readiness activities, testing programs and mobilisation coordination.
  • Assist with tracking actions, risks, issues and operational follow ups across projects and operations.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, stakeholder communications and team workflows.
  • Support audit preparation, compliance monitoring and governance activities.
  • Assist with preparation of dashboards, reporting summaries and operational updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and operational coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Venue Management, Sport Management, Hospitality or related discipline preferred.
  • 3 5 years' experience in operations coordination, venue administration, systems support, project coordination or related operational environments.
  • Experience supporting venue, events, infrastructure or asset management teams preferred.
  • Strong organisational, documentation and administrative capability within complex operational environments.
  • Experience supporting operational systems, reporting platforms or business processes preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools and operational systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced operational environment.
  • Strong process discipline and problem solving capability.
  • Interest or exposure to sport, entertainment, venues or major events environments advantageous.
