- Prepare and present clear, well structured recommendations to senior leadership and the investment committee
- Collaborate effectively across departments to devise optimal solutions and facilitate timely execution of strategic initiatives
- Communicate findings and proposals persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior executives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Who we are looking for

- You possess strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the creativity to solve complex problems innovatively.
