Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the design, implementation, and awareness of rewards strategies, processes, frameworks, programs, and policies.
• Advise business partners and management on people matters, rewards structures, workforce planning, and cost management.
• Support and revise job descriptions and analyze salary levels using compensation guidelines.
• Assist with the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Establish plans to address employee matters and support compliance with legal regulations.
• Produce weekly HR reports using analytical tools including Excel and Tableau.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in rewards or data analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of current rewards trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities and eagerness to learn.
