Responsibilities
- Help oversee group’s overall Project Planning program, monitor alignment with defined targets and identify deviations and risks
- Act as the custodian, and define detailed group specific project planning policies, procedures, methodologies and tools in line with company guidelines
- Provide technical expertise in project planning & scheduling whenever required
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, transparency and consistency of the reports / dashboard
- Participate in assurance audits and reviews (e.g. independent project reviews (IPRs))
- Plan and execute initiatives to improve capital delivery program and maximise company’s value
- Support the development of project planning competency and career development program
- Support Project Managers in controlling the individual project planning, applying company’s methodologies, processes and templates
- Maintain the planning for the strategic project
- Support in overseeing project progress and performance, support timely identification of potential issues and mitigation actions
- Support risk management, ensuring regular update of the risk register at the project level
- Drive timely MoC for changes that may affect the asset and the project and manage MoC process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science / Project Management or relevant disciplines
- 10 years relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's or EPC(M) companies, including at least 4 years in addressing technical discipline challenges as Expert / Principal / Discipline Technical Authority
- Major Project Management / Engineering Experience is essential
- Good knowledge and experience in defining and implementing PMC Frameworks

Job Purpose
- Provide technical support with regards to projects planning and scheduling to company and group companies’ projects teams. Support in defining a clear methodology, processes, practices and toolsets for projects planning and scheduling, benchmarking and lessons learnt.
Key Accountabilities Project Planning & Scheduling
- Help oversee group’s overall Project Planning program, monitor alignment with defined targets and identify deviations and risks to be reported to the Head of Project Planning.
- Act as the custodian, and define detailed group specific project planning policies, procedures, methodologies and tools in line with company guidelines and ensure their dissemination in the organization and compliance (e.g. Value Assurance Process).
- Provide technical expertise in project planning & scheduling whenever required.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, transparency and consistency of the reports / dashboard. Ensure reports are distributed to and understood by all stakeholders
- Ensure key issues requiring Group Company management / shareholders attention are highlighted.
- Participate in assurance audits and reviews (e.g. independent project reviews (IPRs)) to ensure alignment of projects to company policies and identify any opportunity to enhance overall value.
- Plan and execute initiatives to improve capital delivery program and maximise company’s value.
- Support the development of project planning competency and career development program, including clear deployment guidelines with the objective of ensuring having the right capability for the success of the capital delivery program.

- Support Project Managers in controlling the individual project planning, applying company’s methodologies, processes and templates.
- Maintain the planning for the strategic project.
- Support in overseeing project progress and performance, support timely identification of potential issues and mitigation actions.
- Support risk management, ensuring regular update of the risk register at the project level.
- Drive timely MoC for changes that may affect the asset and the project and manage MoC process.
- Prepare the project periodic reports, provide the monthly report and key dashboard indicators for Group Company management and shareholders to the project planning & scheduling team (asset level) and Group Company Project Control function.
- Provide the Project Manager, Project Controls Manager and the Group Company Project Services with timely information about project performance.
- Participate to the regular PMT meetings, provide an overview on progress, risks, trajectory, etc. and addressing specific questions.
- Educate the PMT on project control methodologies, processes, templates, etc.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science / Project Management; or relevant disciplines.
- 10 years relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's or EPC(M) companies, including at least 4 years in addressing technical discipline challenges as Expert / Principal / Discipline Technical Authority.
- Major Project Management / Engineering Experience is essential.
- Good knowledge and experience in defining and implementing PMC Frameworks.
