- Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with strategic goals
- Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize the marketing team's performance
- Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategies
- Monitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration
- Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks
- Support change management initiatives within the marketing organization related to structural or process changes
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing organizational design and planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable

Role Overview
