- Gather and document business requirements, translating operational needs into system configurations
- Administer and maintain digital systems and data environments, ensuring data accuracy and governance
- Support reporting and analytics by structuring data and contributing to dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
- Develop and support automation of data processes using Power Automate, Python, SQL
- Support implementation and adoption of digital tools and platforms
- Manage document control platforms (e.g. Aconex), ensuring compliance and consistency
- Translate technical outputs into clear, user friendly formats
- Collaborate across teams to enable seamless data flow and integration
- Support end users through training, guidance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 2–5+ years’ experience in digital systems, data platforms or reporting environments
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, content management and platform configuration
- Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (e.g. Power Automate, Python, SQL)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical and problem solving mindset
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform or data analytics tools preferred
- Professional membership or recognised certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
