Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, economics, business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability, responsible investment, or related strategy and governance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ESG strategies, frameworks, or policies within a corporate, investment, or advisory environment.
  • Strong understanding of leading ESG standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in ESG reporting, data management, and KPI development, preferably within a large organization or multi stakeholder environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and senior leadership to integrate ESG into business planning and decision making.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex ESG data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive level reports and presentations on ESG topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and build consensus across diverse groups.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices.
  • Professional certifications in ESG, sustainability, responsible investment, or related fields are an advantage.
