About the Role

  • The Executive Assistant provides high level executive, strategic, and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.
  • The role acts as a trusted partner to the executive by coordinating executive schedules, facilitating informed decision making, managing confidential information, preparing executive communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive calendar, appointments, travel, and priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure briefing materials are prepared.
  • Screen correspondence and manage executive communications.
  • Prepare executive summaries, board papers, briefing notes, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate Executive Committee and governance meetings.
  • Track executive decisions, approvals, and action items to completion.
  • Maintain governance documentation and decision registers.
  • Consolidate departmental reports and executive dashboards.
  • Monitor KPIs, milestones, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic management reports.
  • Act as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure timely follow up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Executive Administration or Project Management is preferred.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
  • UAE National: 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Experience in government, semi government, foundations, NGOs, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting C level executives, governance processes, and cross functional coordination.
