Responsibilities
- Manage the executive calendar, appointments, travel, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings and ensure briefing materials are prepared
- Screen correspondence and manage executive communications
- Prepare executive summaries, board papers, briefing notes, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate Executive Committee and governance meetings
- Track executive decisions, approvals, and action items to completion
- Maintain governance documentation and decision registers
- Consolidate departmental reports and executive dashboards
- Monitor KPIs, milestones, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare periodic management reports
- Act as liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross functional projects and ensure timely follow up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or related field
- 5 7 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Experience in government, semi government, foundations, NGOs, or large corporate organizations preferred
- Professional certification in Executive Administration or Project Management preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Executive presence and professionalism

About the Role
- The Executive Assistant provides high level executive, strategic, and administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient management of executive priorities, governance activities, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.
- The role acts as a trusted partner to the executive by coordinating executive schedules, facilitating informed decision making, managing confidential information, preparing executive communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Executive Administration or Project Management is preferred.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- UAE National: 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience in government, semi government, foundations, NGOs, or large corporate organizations is preferred.
- Experience supporting C level executives, governance processes, and cross functional coordination.
