Job Purpose

  • To lead and execute end to end change management and communication strategies for transformation initiatives across Maaden.
  • The role requires operating in a fast paced, agile environment, similar to a marketing agency model, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • The position ensures effective stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high adoption of change initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and deliver integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Translate complex business transformations into clear, engaging messaging for different audiences.
  • Develop high quality communication materials (campaigns, leadership messaging, storytelling, internal branding).
  • Operate in an agile, sprint based environment with rapid turnaround times.
  • Manage multiple “campaigns” simultaneously (similar to agency client handling).
  • Prioritize competing requests and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project leads.
  • Handle high pressure situations, ambiguous requirements, and last minute changes.
  • Align messaging across functions to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Monitor change adoption, engagement levels, and communication effectiveness.
  • Adjust strategies dynamically based on feedback and data.
  • Support embedding of new behaviors aligned with “Team Maaden”.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience And Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or consulting.
  • Experience working in fast paced environments (e.g., marketing agencies, consulting firms, or transformation programs).
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting large scale transformation or culture change initiatives.
