Strategy

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of sector quality, compliance, and excellence strategies, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Provide expert advisory support on ISO certification requirements, DGEP/EFQM criteria, and policy compliance to senior management.
  • Establish benchmarks and drive award participation readiness, ensuring evidence and documentation meet audit and award standards.
  • Integrate benchmarking processes against industry best practices and competitors to inform strategy formulation and drive continuous improvement.
  • Embed innovation in quality and compliance strategies by adopting new methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance sector excellence.

Operations

  • Conduct quality and compliance audits, performance reviews, and risk assessments, issuing reports with corrective and preventive recommendations.
  • Oversee the review, update, and monitoring of sector policies, procedures, and KPI frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve non-compliance findings and track closure of auditrelated actions.
  • Maintain sector records, dashboards, and reports on quality and excellence performance indicators.
  • Support and monitor compliance with the Dubai Government Excellence Program and coordinate the closure of improvement opportunities from evaluation feedback.
  • Conduct quality, compliance, and internal audits, including assessments of adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies; perform performance reviews and risk assessments, issuing reports with corrective and preventive recommendations.
  • Lead regular reviews and updates of process maps and associated KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and ensure alignment with quality and compliance objectives.

Product And Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement sector-wide quality, compliance, and excellence training and awareness programs (ISO, DGEP/EFQM, policy and KPI practices), including needs assessment, delivery, reporting, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Drive continual improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Integrate digital dashboards and advanced analytics for real-time compliance and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial fields, Business Administration; Master’s degree in Quality or Organizational Excellence
  • 6+ years in case of Master’s degree (8+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree)
  • Expertise in strategic performance monitoring and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and excellence programs
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and implement organizational policies
  • Experience in quality management, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in audit processes and internal review systems
  • Commitment to operational excellence and service innovation
  • Ability to provide strategic planning and advisory support
  • Skilled in horizon scanning and identifying emerging trends and risks
  • Experience in knowledge and innovation management practices
  • Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment
  • Competence in policy implementation and compliance management
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and lifecycle governance
  • Strong executive communication and professional correspondence skills
  • Proficiency in KPI development, statistical analysis, and performance measurement
  • Skilled in presentation design and executive-level reporting
  • Strong project management and coordination capabilities
  • Awareness of asset risk management and sustainability compliance standards
