Senior Infrastructure Analyst- IT Infrastructure & Services

Job Purpose

Strategy and Operations

• Provide technical input to quality assurance programs aligned with ISO 20000 and ITIL frameworks.
• Support infrastructure strategies and best-practice application to maintain compliance and service excellence.
• Evaluate technologies and vendors against organizational IT plans.
• Support managed services vendors and ensure contractual service levels are met.
• Conduct infrastructure health checks, audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor infrastructure KPIs and SLAs and facilitate service improvement plans.
• Maintain software systems, network connections, servers, and storage environments.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, licenses, and IT assets.
• Develop and maintain IT service management policies, procedures, templates, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication among IT, business units, and service providers regarding SLA compliance.

Process Improvement

• Optimize infrastructure for high availability, security, and operational cost efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and best-practice methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Participate in pre-audit health checks, process reviews, and risk assessments.
• Provide input to technology spending, procurement, and vendor onboarding processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or information systems.
• At least 3 years of related experience with a master's degree or at least 5 years with a bachelor's degree.
• ITIL Foundation qualification.
• Azure Administration, CCNA, AWS SysOps, or VCP qualifications are listed.
• Knowledge of ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 series standards is listed.
