- This is a 12-month contract position.
Responsibilities
- Build and publish dashboards and management information reports for stakeholders.
- Support strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, and simulations.
- Digitize and automate reports, data capture, and workflows through business intelligence solutions.
- Manage KPI computation and process incentive payouts for business units.
- Provide data solutions for automation and digitization initiatives.
- Develop BI solutions using SAS, Python, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Build data ETL pipelines and manage tool changes in line with IT guidelines.
- Document solutions, hand over tools, and train business users.
- Collaborate with Insights and Performance Management teams.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Math, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in SAS, Power BI, or Business Analytics.
- At least 5 years of data engineering experience with stakeholder engagement and team leadership, including 2 to 3 years in banking.
- At least 2 years of production data pipeline experience across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Strong Python data engineering experience, such as PySpark, pandas, or duckdb.
- At least 4 years of business intelligence experience.
- Banking domain exposure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, GitHub, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Hands-on knowledge of VBA, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and data ETL pipelines.
- Effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
