Assistant Manager - Retail Credit (UAE National)

Group Retail Risk is the Credit Policy unit for Retail Lending covering Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Overdrafts and SME.

For ENBD Approved List of Employers, review company listing proposals and to provide recommendations to approve / decline the company on the basis of the info available and market repute of the company.

Maintain and update the approved list of employers.

When required, perform field visits for company approval for retail lending products.

Review and implement the company approval policy and criteria on the proposals received for new company listing and to upgrade/ maintenance of a listed company.

• Conduct customer verifications as per the approved guidelines and apply the market feedback for upgrading an employer.

Perform verifications and conduct visits to the employers for new proposals received for company listing and existing companies as and when required.

• Do a proper inspection, taking to the Finance manager of the company to get the required insights of the company and the salary transfer and EOSB process.
• Provide regular feedback on trends on fraud and recommend policy changes.

Maintain and update the Approved List of Companies required additions and /or modifications for listed employers.

• On an ongoing basis update the current details for listed employers for smooth processing of Retail Products

Keep update on the market / industry which may impact the Retail Portfolio sourced from listed companies

• Provide early warning indicators and market information which would impact credit decisions on employers.
• Provide insights/feedback on employer verifications to identify frauds risk / event risk.

Handling Employer related queries received from all channels including RCC, Branches and other business channels

• To provide employer related feedback to decision the facility application on the basis of information available and market repute of the company.

• Graduate or above

• 3 to 5 years work experience in similar work environment, specifically in Retail Credit Management.

• Sound Analytical skills, well versed in Fraud identification.
• Manage to conduct meetings with employers on company visits

• Alert on market information, integrity.
