This project-based Professional Services role supports clients through successful sales enablement journeys.
The consultant will manage multiple projects, perform varied consulting work, and work PST hours.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of implementation delivery consulting or similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
- Ability to understand client repositories and use cases and guide implementation.
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
- Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using Seismic capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Prior SaaS experience is a plus.
- Comfort with changing priorities, multiple responsibilities, ownership, and dynamic environments.
- Willingness to work PST hours.
What You Will Do
- Understand and document clients' business and content-related problems.
- Guide clients through Seismic implementations using sales enablement best practices.
- Enable organizational change management for successful outcomes.
- Provide existing-client support and ongoing services under SLAs.
- Assist with on-site and virtual client training.
- Project-manage engagements as needed.
