Role overview

The Senior Solution Architect will advise customers and partners across the Middle East on Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI workload deployment.

The role is customer-facing and influences sales outcomes, product adoption, partner strategy, and long-term customer success.

Location and travel

  • The role is based in Dubai and requires travel across the Middle East region as needed.

Core responsibilities

  • Support enterprise opportunities with Sales across EMEA.
  • Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-value engagements, and customer enablement.
  • Translate customer requirements into architectures using Palette, Palette Vertex, and PaletteAI.
  • Provide field feedback to product and go-to-market teams.
  • Support partner enablement, joint engagements, and regional industry events.
  • Develop expertise in Middle Eastern regulatory and compliance requirements.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native expertise.
  • Experience with Terraform, Git, Helm, YAML, SSO, RBAC, container security, and multi-cloud or hybrid deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements using BANT, MEDDPICC, or an equivalent methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ROI, total cost of ownership, and business cases to executives.
  • Ability to travel across the Middle East region.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with Middle Eastern enterprise customers, partners, or regulatory requirements.
  • Exposure to partner or channel sales, competitive positioning, VMware Tanzu, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift, or AWS EKS.
  • Experience with Nutanix or VMware platforms, AI/ML workloads, GPU infrastructure, or edge AI.
  • Arabic language skills and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are valued.

Technical domains

  • The role covers Kubernetes strategy, edge computing, AI-driven workload deployment, enterprise AI governance, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Customer solutions may span multi-cloud, hybrid, edge, authentication, authorization, CI/CD, and container security.
