Location and Travel

• The role is based in Dubai.
• Travel across the Middle East region is required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on enterprise opportunities across EMEA, with focus on telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and the public sector.
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements with customers and partners.
• Use structured discovery frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC to identify business drivers, stakeholders, budget authority, and timelines.
• Translate requirements into architectures using Palette, Palette Vertex, and PaletteAI with Kubernetes best practices and enterprise AI governance.
• Deliver workshops, presentations, and enablement sessions to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Frame solutions around cost, risk, speed, compliance, and hardware return on investment.
• Provide field feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
• Support partner enablement, joint customer engagements, and regional industry events.
• Develop expertise in Middle Eastern regulatory and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling including Terraform, Git, Helm, and YAML.
• Familiarity with SSO, RBAC, and container security.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and deploying in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud among AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements using BANT, MEDDPICC, or an equivalent methodology.
• CKA certification is preferred.
• Exposure to hybrid and edge deployments is a plus.
