The company operates teams in Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, and Pakistan, with Dubai as its central operational and executive hub.

Role Description

The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer leads quality initiatives across complex software platforms.

The full-time, on-site Dubai role focuses on reliability, performance, security, and release quality.

The position includes testing, defect identification, process improvement, and mentoring QA team members.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans and test cases across the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform manual testing and validate features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify defects and refine requirements.
  • Mentor QA team members on best practices.
  • Improve testing frameworks, documentation, processes, and release quality.
  • Support consistent performance of infrastructure solutions across global environments.

Qualifications

  • Strong software quality, quality assurance, and software quality assurance skills for complex systems.
  • Experience with manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Software development knowledge sufficient to understand architecture and review code at a high level.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, globally distributed environment.
  • Previous senior or lead QA experience is preferred, ideally in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise software.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, Git, or similar test management, issue tracking, and version control tools is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with automation testing concepts, scripting languages, or frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress is advantageous.
