Senior Software Engineer

You are a focused, motivated and hard-working developer who wants to join a fantastic growing team at a critical time and learn on the job to expand your skills. In addition to that you will bring:

Experience: Hands-on software engineering experience building RESTful APIs and production-grade software.

Tech Stack Agnostic Mindset: Strong foundation in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java, Go, or Node.js) and a willingness to learn new technologies as required by the business.

Architecture & Distributed Systems: Solid understanding of software architecture, event-driven designs, and microservices.

Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL or key-value stores (e.g., DynamoDB, Redis).

Cloud Infrastructure: Exposure to major cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

AI-Assisted Workflows: Experience with or interest in using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.

Able to work autonomously and take ownership of parts of the product

Has analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proactive in chasing leads to resolve dependencies

Has a positive attitude – things might not always go as expected but we maintain optimism and win, nonetheless

Ability to think outside the box – not all our tasks are standard so neither are the solutions
