Frontend Software Engineer

Build and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, Electron, Tailwind and TypeScript.

Rebuild core accounting features - timesheets, time and fees, payment workflows - with modern UX and cleaner architecture.

Turn designs into responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces alongside our UX/UI designers

Integrate with APIs and work with back-end engineers to ensure smooth data flow

Contribute to our shared component library and mono-repo architecture

Participate in code reviews and follow front-end best practices

Write unit and integration tests where appropriate

Debug and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (Bitbucket)

Bring improvements to the stack and the way we build - we want your opinion, not just your output

3 - 5 years of professional front-end development experience

Strong experience with React and TypeScript

Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript

Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs

Experience with Git-based workflows

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working in a mono-repo environment

Familiarity with Electron

Exposure to AWS-hosted applications

Experience with modern state/data management tools (e.g., React Query/TanStack Query, TRPC, Zustand, Jotai, Redux Toolkit)

Experience with modern design frameworks/component libraries (ShadCN, BaseUI, Radix)
