As Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce, Technology, you’ll play a vital role at MillerKnoll. We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and platform customizations. The candidate should have experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS •Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. •Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. •Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Case Management, Entitlements, and Omnichannel. •Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms. •Lead technical solution design, customization, and implementation activities while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governor limits. •Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. •Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices. •Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement scalable solutions. •Participate in release planning, CI/CD deployments, and DevOps processes. •Create and maintain technical design documentation and implementation artifacts. •Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and emerging technologies including Salesforce AI capabilities.
