Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
- 4+ years of backend development or equivalent depth; owns systems of medium complexity and beyond
- Proficient in Golang / Java / Python (one or more) with solid backend architecture experience
- Familiar with messaging middleware, relational databases, and common backend patterns (idempotency, retries, rate limiting, async jobs)
- Skilled in performance analysis and tuning; understands reliability engineering and observability

- As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own services and systems end to end, propose sound architectures, and ensure the platform is efficient, stable, and evolvable.
- You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and cross regional engineering teams to advance platform capabilities, reliability, and developer experience, while mentoring teammates and raising the overall technical bar.

Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrated technical leadership driving alignment and results in complex environments.
- Practical AI application in procurement or supply chain (recommendation, forecasting, optimization, automation).
