Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Sales Ownership: Drive the end to end sales process—including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and negotiation—to close deals across the LLM, Generative Media, and AI infrastructure portfolio.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, CTOs, and enterprise decision makers to accelerate new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Customer Success & Account Growth: Oversee customer onboarding and adoption while identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities across AI models, inference platforms, and Agentic solutions.
  • Cross Functional Execution: Partner closely with solution engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployments and align customer needs with product iteration.
  • Ecosystem & Market Engagement: Lead joint GTM motions with technology partners and represent the company at regional AI conferences, executive briefings, and UAE ecosystem events.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to drive revenue growth across UAE Government, Semi Government and Enterprise clients.
  • Consultative Solution Design: Identify client pain points in AI Agent & cloud requirements to design customised cooperation plans that leverage BytePlus GenAI advantages.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or Cloud platform solutions, with a proven ability to manage complex mid market or enterprise sales cycles. Must have proven UAE/GCC regional B2G & enterprise sales experience with government tender and procurement exposure.
  • Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, AI Agent industrial scenarios, and API based consumption pricing models.
  • Cross Cultural Communication: Proficiency in Chinese & English is required to communicate with external Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences.
  • Mobility: High travel readiness and comfort with frequent travel across UAE & GCC markets.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial and resilient with high learning agility in a dynamic AI environment.
