The Senior Software Engineer will join the Digital Twin team within On's Operations cluster.
The team develops infrastructure to identify products across warehouses, retail stores, and other locations using technologies such as RFID.
The work supports integrations with supply-chain, warehouse, commercial, and ERP partners.
Your Mission
- Write well-tested, scalable, and reliable code integrating On's ERP system with RFID solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and operate cloud-native applications using microservice architectures.
- Design, evaluate, and plan forward-looking technology projects with the team.
- Drive technical projects that create more robust services.
- Help shape On's engineering culture and contribute to its future success.
Your Story
- Extensive experience with TypeScript technology stacks on the backend.
- Proficiency leading development of large-scale systems within a team.
- Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across a wide range of teams.
- Technical experience with ERP and RFID systems and logistics processes, or interest in developing expertise in this area.
- Ability to communicate effectively in remote and on-site working environments.
Bonus Technology Experience
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, or Terraform is a bonus.
