Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
The role supports technology projects and programs involving complex web-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale strategy and planning.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, upgrade, and deploy technology projects.
- Evaluate and resolve technical challenges involving technologies and procedures.
- Lead teams, act as an escalation point, and guide less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve technical goals.
- Follow applicable risk and compliance program requirements.
Required qualification
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education.
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
- Hands-on Java, Spring, microservices, cloud, React or Angular, database, CI/CD, and Agile experience.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, reusability, and software testing frameworks.
