About This Role

Internship Responsibilities

• Participate in internship program activities and workshops.
• Review assignments and become familiar with applicable policies and procedures.
• Support low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables.
• Develop understanding of compliance and risk management requirements with manager guidance.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Support process and project delivery, day-to-day operations, and operational excellence.
• Identify operational needs, evaluate business processes, and contribute to process improvements.
• Apply risk management principles, identify and escalate operational risks, and support compliant operations.
• Use AI-powered productivity tools responsibly for research, organizing information, and creating presentations.

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of work experience or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Current bachelor's or master's degree study with at least 16 years of formal education is preferred.
• Majors in business administration, business intelligence, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, analytics, management, or a related business field are preferred.
• Expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028 is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
• Business acumen, business analysis, process management, and collaboration skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
