About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant

In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to identify, strategize, and execute Artificial Intelligence initiatives within a line of business

Understand the strategy to recommend solutions on solving business challenges

Analyze and review cases obtaining the required resources to ensure the solution delivers the intended benefits

Leverage knowledge to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources to execute the proposed solutions

Influence without authority to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders

Decision key issues which may arise during development or implementation

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification

  • The ideal candidate is a business-focused AI practitioner who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. This person is equally comfortable working with stakeholders to define use cases, designing effective prompts, evaluating AI responses, and rapidly prototyping solutions using Copilot and low-code platforms.
  • Success in this role requires curiosity, experimentation, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping users unlock value from Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience configuring AI agents, actions, connectors, and enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
  • Understanding of semantic search, vector search, and embeddings.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with Agentic AI concepts and multi-agent architectures.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management, knowledge bases, and document retrieval solutions.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services.
