The role leads technical initiatives, resolves complex challenges, and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Lead moderately complex initiatives and technical deliverables.
Design, code, test, debug, and document technology projects, upgrades, and deployments.
Resolve technical challenges and act as an escalation point.
Lead projects and guide less experienced team members.
Analyze complex business requirements and write technical specifications.
Develop original code and build scalable cloud-native solutions.

At least 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking when developing technical solutions and improving system resiliency.

Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenShift or PCF.
Proficiency with Angular or React, Spring Framework, JDBC, and JavaBeans.
Experience with Java services, RESTful web services, microservices, Spring Boot, Oracle, or SQL Server.
