Job Overview
Senior Software Engineer focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, resilient, and high-performance Java backend applications.
The role includes production ownership, incident management, system reliability, performance optimization, and collaboration with architects and cross-functional engineering teams.
Work Arrangement

Must-Have Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17 or later, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with microservices, secure REST APIs, system design, distributed systems, and messaging platforms.
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Helm.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, production deployments, incident management, and on-call support.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
