Senior Software Engineer – Healthcare

TechInception is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our organization. The mission of the Technology Team is to provide innovative leadership to shape revenue cycle management, identity management, patient engagement, and care management for hospitals, physician groups, labs, pharmacies and other risk-bearing entities. Provide and engage in building a technology platform to imagine new frontiers in the rapidly changing healthcare regime and explore the new dimensions. The Senior Software Engineer deploys functional applications. The senior engineer is considered as a highly esteemed and intellectual member. The senior engineer works as a mentor to junior team members. A senior software engineer is considered as a team player and builds efficient programs and systems that serve user needs by following standards of coding and designing.

The main responsibility of the Senior Software Engineer is to assist in researching, implementing and maintaining software solutions

Evaluates and compliments testing of new programs and applications

Reverse engineering and debugging other developers code

Provides guidance to others by change impact analysis

According to requirement manage to refine, review, analyze and integrate testing tools and software

Sort out areas which need improvement and modification in existing programs

Assists in resolving complex technical design issues

Evaluates operating efficiency and organizational needs of an existing application system

Provides resources to fine-tune and optimize applications of developed projects

Recommends technical solutions regarding compiling tasks timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation/reporting
