Role Overview

Your Impact at Brevo

• Own complex product initiatives from problem definition and solution design through building, launching, and iterating across Go services and React interfaces.
• Drive technical and product decisions for scalable, reliable systems and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Raise engineering quality through thoughtful design, code reviews, pragmatic decisions, and technical debt reduction.
• Mentor engineers and act as a technical multiplier for the team.
• Partner with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Engineering to create simple, scalable solutions.
• Use AI and LLM capabilities to improve engineering workflows, product experiences, and customer outcomes.

Who You Are

• Have 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications at scale.
• Have strong hands-on proficiency in Go and deep expertise in microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Have experience with Agentic AI tools, AI coding agents, autonomous developer assistants, or LLM toolchains.
• Have strong frontend experience with React.js and JavaScript.
• Have hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Understand algorithms, full-stack system design, and debugging complex production environments.
• Bring a self-driven, autonomous approach and strong problem-solving skills.
