Role overview
The engineer will join a small product pod and own features end-to-end from an uncertain idea to a production release.
The role involves fast decisions, direct user impact, and limited reliance on detailed specifications or formal handoffs.
What you will own
- Own ecommerce features or product lines such as Email, SMS, or RCS from idea through production.
- Write backend services in Python and Go while maintaining parts of the existing PHP codebase.
- Touch the frontend when a feature requires it.
- Talk to users, prototype quickly, and decide what is appropriate for a first release.
