Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack - Node.js, React, MongoDB)

Overview

What you will do

• Take ownership and deliver results with minimal direction.
• Participates/owns technical designs, participates in discussions, constructively suggests, and receives ideas & feedback to improve product functionality.
• End to end ownership of product features and is expected to create highly scalable, stable, maintainable, and available products and features.
• Communicate effectively across teams and time zones.
• Balance feature development with operational excellence.
• Bring a customer-first mindset while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Innovate and bring ideas and possible solutions to stakeholders and product team to help increase productivity.
• Contribute to strategies and roadmap development to meet business objectives with existing or emerging technologies.
• Help build a platform that can support huge volumes of data, with multi-tenancy and near real-time analytics.
• Have an opportunity to participate, guide, and mentor other people in the team on architecture and design in a hands-on manner.

What we are looking for

AI Skills/Knowledge

• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Uses AI for code review, documentation, and test generation.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs or agentic workflows.
• Understands responsible AI principles including bias, security, and explainability.

Preferred Skills (a plus but not required)

• Good experience in Java/J2EE and data modelling and related technologies.
• Experience working on Data Governance, Data Catalog, Data Quality products is a plus.
• Preferred experience working on regulated cloud platforms or enterprise products requiring security, compliance, or government certifications.
