Dodge AI is hiring a software engineer focused on backend engineering for AI-powered products serving enterprise ERP systems.
This is a 0-to-1 role in an early-stage startup environment involving ownership and rapid iteration.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer with strong backend experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build production-grade backend systems.
- Experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced product environment.
- Ability to take ownership in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.
- Willingness to build products from 0 to 1 and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Willingness to work from the office in HSR, Bengaluru.
