Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building software and AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with Python and building AI agents through personal or company projects.
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications and products actively used by customers.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily development and validating and improving their output.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to contribute to product and system design.
- Passion for building reliable production systems.
- Startup, hackathon, or open-source experience is a plus.
