Job Summary
The role is for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer modernizing enterprise applications and transforming engineering practices.
The engineer will work with Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, cloud-native technologies, large polyglot codebases, and AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Build backend services with Java and Spring Boot and contribute to Vue.js front-end applications.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering throughout development, testing, debugging, documentation, refactoring, and research.
- Evaluate AI development tools and establish standards and guardrails.
- Partner on architecture and implementation standards and champion TDD, pair programming, continuous feedback, and Extreme Programming.
- Diagnose production issues using logs, metrics, messaging systems, databases, and application behavior.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, solve complex problems, and promote responsible AI adoption.
Required Technology
- Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Git/GitHub, automated unit and acceptance testing, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud-native application development are required technologies.
