Support the Operations Manager in overseeing steel fabrication activities within a contracting company.
Coordinate workshop and site operations while maintaining quality standards and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing steel fabrication workshop and site operations.
- Coordinate production planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, manpower allocation, and deadlines.
- Support budgeting and cost control activities.
- Liaise with project, procurement, and site teams.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in structural steel fabrication projects is required.
- Experience in contracting companies is mandatory.
- Leadership and team coordination skills are required.
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes and erection activities is required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines is required.
