The RCM Instrument Engineer will lead and support reliability-centered maintenance initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
The objective is to improve equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance through practical RCM application.
Schedule
- The stated working schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead RCM studies using SAE JA1011/JA1012 and apply the seven RCM questions.
- Develop reliability strategies for field instruments, process analyzers, control valves, PLC, DCS, and SIS.
- Conduct FMEA/FMECA, RCA/RCFA, MTBF analysis, failure-data analysis, and maintenance-plan optimization.
- Lead workshops, mentor technical personnel, and use GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS.
- Support asset health monitoring, bad-actor analysis, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
Mandatory qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in instrumentation, electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant instrumentation maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on RCM experience based on SAE JA1011/JA1012.
- Experience on large-scale industrial or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of field instruments, process analyzers, control valves, PLC, DCS, SIS, FMEA/FMECA, and RCA/RCFA.
- Hands-on experience with GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS or SAP PM.
- Mandatory CMRP certification.
Preferred experience
- Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, utilities, or industrial facilities is preferred.
- Experience with international engineering or reliability standards and multidisciplinary, multicultural environments is advantageous.

- Salary is fixed according to the candidate's relevant experience bracket, with no salary negotiation after selection.
