Senior Software Engineer C++ - Golang - Rust

• Design and build maintainable, scalable, observable, and well-tested software systems
• Operate in an AI-augmented development workflow, decomposing problems and validating AI-generated outputs
• Contribute to architecture discussions, long-term system evolution, and technical direction
• Apply strong system thinking across data models, APIs, distributed systems, and service boundaries
• Produce clear technical documentation, structured prompts, and design proposals
• Mentor peers and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals including testing, version control, CI/CD, and code review
• Proven experience in C, C++, Golang or Rust
• Experience building backend systems or distributed systems
• Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs , and service-oriented architectures
• Experience designing scalable and reliable systems
• Practical experience working in an AI-assisted development environment
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge of networks and underlying hardware infrastructure

• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
• Curious and adaptable with the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong ownership mindset and commitment to engineering quality

In this role, you are expected to actively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, code assistants, and agent-based workflows as part of your daily engineering practice.

You should be comfortable prompting, validating, and refining AI-generated outputs , and using AI to improve development speed while maintaining production-quality standards.

You'll join the Discovery Team, working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
