Director of Engineering — AI Native Platforms (IT / OT / Cybersecurity)

• Experience with network technologies, infrastructure intelligence, or visibility systems
• Understanding of enterprise IT and OT ecosystems
• Experience with cybersecurity analysis systems, SIEM, EDR, or threat intelligence platforms
• Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted software development workflows and modern coding agents
• Familiarity with modern AI engineering tooling such as Claude Code

As Director of Engineering, you are expected to actively champion and embed AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based workflows across the engineering organization — not just use them personally but drive their adoption at scale.
