What You Will Do

• Design and optimize blockchain architectures focused on scalability, security and performance.
• Develop, integrate and maintain smart contracts across decentralized protocols and infrastructure.
• Conduct technical research and build proof-of-concepts for blockchain and DeFi innovations.
• Design and improve cross-chain interoperability solutions, including bridging and atomic swaps.
• Optimize smart contract execution, gas consumption and low-latency performance.
• Collaborate with security auditors to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen protocol security.
• Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD workflows, development standards and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Who You Are

• Have 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience, including 3 or more years focused on blockchain development.
• Have deep expertise in Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, Solidity, Yul and decentralized application architecture.
• Have built and deployed smart contracts in production environments.
• Have hands-on experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain infrastructure.
• Can drive architectural decisions and lead complex initiatives from design through deployment.
• Understand smart contract security, auditing processes and vulnerability mitigation.
• Have experience in fast-paced, high-growth engineering environments.
• Bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain or DeFi projects.
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge technologies and rollup architectures.
• Experience building high-performance distributed systems or low-latency infrastructure.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity aggregation or on-chain trading systems.
• Knowledge of Web3 developer tooling and blockchain infrastructure automation.
