What You'll Do
- Own solution design and delivery for a core domain
- Work with product and compliance to turn requirements into scalable systems
- Set the technical bar for quality and security
- Mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions
What We're Looking For
- Background in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry
- Track record owning projects from concept to production
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools/technology in engineering workflows
