The Opportunity
An AI-native financial technology business is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Technology Officer.
The organisation operates across AI, financial markets, data science, and private-market investment intelligence.
The appointment will influence technology strategy, AI research, product evolution, and long-term technical architecture.
The CTO will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team.
The Mandate
- Define and execute the long-term AI and technology roadmap.
- Lead multidisciplinary AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and research teams.
- Apply advanced AI to private-market investment, underwriting, and financial decision-making.
- Ensure architecture, infrastructure, security, scalability, and reliability support growth.
- Translate advanced research into commercially valuable products and capabilities.
- Establish a high-performance R&D culture across multiple locations.
- Advise the CEO, board, and executive leadership on technology strategy, investment, and growth.
- Communicate and defend complex technical architectures to senior stakeholders.
