Role Overview

This is a forward-oriented full-stack engineering role for an AI-enabled engineer rather than an AI specialist.

The engineer will build pipelines, full-stack features, AI service contracts, and AI-enabled product interfaces and APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate data pipelines and features that power data and AI use cases.
  • Integrate generative, agentic, and predictive AI platform services through APIs, SDKs, and event contracts.
  • Connect AI services to product screens and user flows.
  • Implement RBAC, data classification, lineage, PII handling, audit logs, and EU AI Act traceability.
  • Use copilots, MCP, agents, and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and extensibility.
  • Support QA with test data and observability.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of data, backend, or full-stack engineering experience with cross-stack capability.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Experience with Kafka or other streaming, data lakes or warehouses, vector stores, and Airflow or Dagster orchestration.
  • Practical fluency with LLM serving, model gateways, prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and AI coding tools.
  • Banking data context involving accounts, transactions, KYC, or open-banking consent is preferred.
