Role overview

Own the digital entity AI use-case backlog from validated concept through production release.

Serve as the accountable interface between digital entity product squads, the SBS AI Platform team, and digital entity engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Discover, validate, prioritize, and sequence AI use cases across DBS, OB, and Premium AI.
  • Translate use cases into engineering-ready specifications with acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, and guardrails.
  • Act as the digital entity liaison to the SBS AI Platform team and AI Council.
  • Run post-launch feedback loops covering adoption, quality, drift, and iteration.

Qualifications

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in product ownership or product engineering.
  • Ideally have 1–2 years of experience with AI or machine-learning-powered products.
  • Have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks, and guardrail design.
  • Bring banking or financial services domain knowledge; database, open banking, payments, and KYC/AML knowledge is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong backlog discipline and written specification skills.
  • Be comfortable working with probabilistic systems and trade-offs.
