Amazon Customer Service is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to build intelligent solutions for customer service agents.

Key job responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and lead feature delivery end to end.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap through architecture plans and annual planning cycles.
- Build scalable components that process customer interaction data and use generative AI for insights.
- Own architectural decisions that balance innovation with operational excellence.
- Mentor and grow other engineering team members.
- Write design proposals, operational runbooks, and post-incident reviews.
- Integrate generative AI and large language models into production systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Drive improvements to engineering processes, tooling, and operational practices.
