- Currently in UAE
- Available for interview in Dubai
- Experience with building contractors in UAE
- UAE driving license preferred
- Able to join soon
- Dubai Municipality approval G+4/G+12 preferred, but practical contractor side site experience is more important

Job Overview
- We are looking for a hands on Senior Site Project Engineer to join our contracting company in Dubai for a G+8 building project. This is a site based execution role, not an office coordination role.
Responsibilities
- Daily site execution and coordination with foremen and subcontractors
- Monitoring progress and solving site problems
- Reporting regularly to the Project Manager
- Managing site activities practically and independently
Key Requirements
- Candidate must have contractor side experience in building construction projects, preferably G+8 or higher.
- Strong practical knowledge required in: RCC structure and concrete works, Waterproofing works, Blockwork and plaster, Finishing works, MEP coordination before and during execution, Site inspections and consultant coordination, Material requests and subcontractor follow up, Daily progress monitoring
Important Note
- Consultant only, document control only, or office coordination only experience is not enough for this role.
- The candidate must be able to clearly explain actual site execution methods and solve real site problems.
Preferred Candidate
- Currently in UAE
- Available for interview in Dubai
- Experience with building contractors in UAE

Salary
- AED 12,000 – 17,000 per month, depending on practical site experience
