- Maintain safe working conditions and report any unsafe activities immediately
- Support daily progress reporting and manpower coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction
- Previous experience in mid rise / high rise buildings, preferably G+8 floors or above
- Strong ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings
- Good knowledge of reinforcement steel works
- Experience in formwork/shuttering, concrete works, blockwork, and general civil site activities
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and workers
- Good understanding of site safety requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Arabic language is preferred
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred

Overview
- Al Saifi Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our construction team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building construction.
- Previous experience in mid rise / high rise buildings, preferably G+8 floors or above.
- Strong ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of reinforcement steel works, including bar sizes, spacing, laps, stirrups, cover blocks, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and related details.
- Experience in formwork/shuttering, concrete works, blockwork, and general civil site activities.
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Able to plan daily manpower, materials, and site activities according to project priorities.
- Good understanding of site safety requirements, especially working at height, scaffolding, housekeeping, lifting areas, and concrete pouring activities.
- Ability to check work quality before consultant/client inspections.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Arabic language is preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
